Monday Motivation:
Pieces Of Peace

Happy Monday everyone! There are only a couple more left in 2016 so let’s make them good ones!

I was having a chat the other day with a friend about how hard I have been working; well really how hard everyone has been and what a difficult year 2016 was.

But, as in any year, there were some bright spots.

I had a chance to work on some great projects that have been incredibly rewarding, even if the money wasn’t there.

I continued my work with Good Enough Mother, watching it continue to grow and flourish over the past decade.

I got to travel to some awesome places, including Jamaica where I gave a speech at Beaches in Negril

I have had a chance to push my body to be its best, compete in Warrior Dashes around the country and share with women, my love of fitness and how they too can be better to themselves.

#TeamLadimax at New York Warrior Dash!

And I started doing something I used to do when I was traveling with Sweet Retreats.

I stop.

I look around.

I breathe.

I take a moment to enjoy a Piece of Peace.

I remember once looking at the sky in Sedona after filming and thinking, I have seen this same sky from Montana, California, Maine, Florida, parts of the Caribbean and so on.

Sometimes we get so bogged down in the going and doing that we forget the being.

We forgot to unplug, unwind and enjoy because we’re too busy planning the next thing.

So for today’s Monday Motivation, I challenge you to this: Stop and take a Piece of Peace.

You’ll be happy you did.

Okay your turn: where do you stop and find your Piece of Peace?
