Braun is BACK!

Well, it never really left but its small appliance did take a leave from North America a few years ago.

Now, the company, founded in 1921 by Max Braun, is back on North American soil and bringing with it, products that are steeped in good-looking functionality.

Braun Makes Brunch Better Menu

The other day, I was invited to The German House in the German Consulate to have brunch and experience the Braun Multiquick 7 Hand Blender  for myself.

I know what you’re thinking..

Disaster.

Come on.. have a little more faith in me.

Braun prides itself on sleek functionality and that’s exactly what you get with the Multiquick 7  Hand Blender. Easy to handle and beautifully designed nothing gets in the way of creating in the kitchen, which in my case would be, a mess.

No seriously though, the Multiquick 7 Hand Blender has multiple components for every job. No more building a bicep trying to whisk egg whites; simply attach the whisking tool and off you go. Using the Easy Click system, you can easily swap out accessories; I’ve been eyeing the puree accessory because making my famous guacamole just got a LOT easier.  Powered by Smart Speed, you have have more or less power based on how hard you squeeze. Super simple.

But the Multiquick 7 Hand Blender is more a blender; it’s also part food processor, enabling  you to take on just about anything from crushing ice to kneading dough.

You can read more about it here and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter; I’ll be putting it to good use in the coming weeks and months!

(Disclosure: I received a Multiquick 7 Hand Blender and a damn good meal made with it, from the fine folks at Braun. I was not asked to write this review but I did it anyway because this thing is cool!)
