10 Ways to Make Your Life Better
I don’t know about you, but I go through periods of highs and lows with my happiness. Most often I’m content and happy and want to keep forging ahead and always continue to be grateful for my blessings, and at the moment, crisis-free life. I know full well that that can change on a dime. But then there are those moments which upon reflection, cause me to stop and think about all the improvements I can make in my life. For me, and I believe for many, that would be to improve overall physical health. Not only that, but poor self-image decreases my mental well-being because if I don’t feel well, or feel I look right physically, then I begin to feel sad. I truly believe that a negative self-image or a poor self-image impacts daily living in big ways.
So now you have to assess yourself and what is around you. Take a look at what you think works well in your life and what does not, and proceed to eliminate what doesn’t. Take a look at what you have as problems and prioritize them in order of severity and then begin to tackle them. I’ll bet one of those is your overall physical health and well-being. There are many external factors impacting our physical health and well-being that we can have control over, such as physical activity, sleep, and diet.
I’ve figured out what is already in our lives and how we all can capitalize on it. We have many good elements in our lives that we can elevate to have a positive impact on ourselves. Things such as physical exercise, or at the very least more movement, making better choices with foods and attempting to improve our sleep quality. These are things that are all around us, we just have to maximize their potential and incorporate them into our daily living. Slowly at first, small steps of course, but with huge results which will impact our lives positively.

10. Fun and Exercise
PhotoCredit:goodrelaxation.comExercise has many benefits for mind and body, that's a given. Unfortunately, less than five percent of adults do at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. Those numbers are not good. You have to make exercise fun. Crank up the music-it's uplifting and motivating. The beat affects your pace and gets you going. Go outside, even if it's for a walk. Leave yourself notes and or photos of encouragement to inspire and intensify your workouts. Get your friends involved. You'll look forward to the social components of getting together and get lots of encouragement along the way. We all know exercise is good for us. Well all know sleep is beneficial and that eating well contributes to better overall health. If we take small steps and make little changes daily, the results will be attainable and more rewarding.
