The Little Miracle That Is Mira Fit! (VIDEO)

Staying physically fit is a challenge for many and I’m no different. In fact, it was the topic of discussion between my trainer and I the other day.

See, if I don’t have some sort of TV appearance coming up fast, I don’t push myself like I need to, I don’t pay THAT much attention to my diet and in general don’t pay that much attention. You know.. like a lot of other people.

You see where the problem is right? It’s much easier to stay in shape than it is to GET in shape.

So the thing I need to realize is that I cannot tie my level of fitness to an event. It needs to be tied to life.

A few months ago I was asked to try out Mira Fitness Tracker as part of my fitness journey and of course I jumped at the chance.

Now, in all fairness, fitness trackers are not new to me but this one isn’t like the industrial-looking ones I had become used to.

The elegant-looking Mira Fitness tracker is study but also liked great on my arm; truth be told I’ve become so accustomed to wearing it and fallen in love with the look that I wear it most days, even when I forget to charge it. Yes, that means in moments like this I have chosen fashion over fitness.

But one of the biggest benefits for the Mira Fitness Tracker for me is the app.

It’s simple, easy to use and fun!

And it gives me the one thing I find I really need; a short term goal or boost toward my fitness.

It does that via a series of cute quips that make me smile, push me a little further and help me keep my fitness goals in my sights.

The little messages, the way Mira looks and how easily it is integrated into my daily life are the things that I love about it. Here’s a little more on how it works. Click here for details to learn how to get one of your very own.

Combing the aisles at Target in search of the best deal on Cheerios, it hit Rene Syler like the stench of a dirty diaper on a hot summer’s day. Not only is perfection overrated its utterly impossible! Suddenly empowered, she figuratively donned her cape, scooped up another taco kit for dinner and Good Enough Mother was born.
