Staying physically fit is a challenge for many and I’m no different. In fact, it was the topic of discussion between my trainer and I the other day.
See, if I don’t have some sort of TV appearance coming up fast, I don’t push myself like I need to, I don’t pay THAT much attention to my diet and in general don’t pay that much attention. You know.. like a lot of other people.
You see where the problem is right? It’s much easier to stay in shape than it is to GET in shape.
So the thing I need to realize is that I cannot tie my level of fitness to an event. It needs to be tied to life.
