Time: PBBC training sessions are every Saturday and Sunday. Girls will choose from the 10:30-11:20 session or the 11:30-12:20 session.
Program Details: The 13-week Prom Body Boot Camp will consist of 50-minutes of non-stop, rigorous interval training geared to focus on cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility, agility and heart. This program is designed to break girls down to their most basic level of fitness and slowly build them back up to create a body that works well even when she is not exercising. The guarantee is that her body will change at the end of the 13-weeks. Program also comes with eating guidelines, including a list of FOOD DON’TS and a brief guide of what should be in the shopping cart.
