Hey everyone! Happy Saturday!
See that pretty picture up there? That’s my yard. Looks great, right? Yes.. when you’re on the inside looking out, yes it is quite lovely.
But when you have to get out in it, well that can be another story. And frankly day, after day, after DAY of it starts to wear on you a bit.
Things will warm up but until they do, it’s time to develop a good coping strategy for dealing with the cold, dreary days.

2. Eat Good Food
Anyone who's eaten a sugary cereal then tried to have a productive morning knows that food can be detrimental. It can also be medicinal. So to combat the winter blahs, make sure you're fueling your body with the good stuff; protein, complex carbohydrates and lots and lots of water. We get dehydrated in the winter just like other times of the year so pay close attention.
