Thanksgiving is next week! Between traveling, relatives, gift buying, relatives, and planning (did we mention relatives?), anybody could be forgiven for feeling harried and stretched to the limit. Despite the popular song, this is not the most wonderful time of the year for everybody. Have the holidays gotten you down already? If it has (or even if it hasn’t quite yet), here are 10 things you can do to overcome the holiday madness.

This list wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the importance of exercise. It helps you feel good about yourself, gets you in shape, builds muscle, and, yes, it will help reduce your stress. And it doesn’t hurt to get in daily exercise this time of year when you might be taking a few extra bites of holiday goodies.
