Thanksgiving is next week! Between traveling, relatives, gift buying, relatives, and planning (did we mention relatives?), anybody could be forgiven for feeling harried and stretched to the limit. Despite the popular song, this is not the most wonderful time of the year for everybody. Have the holidays gotten you down already? If it has (or even if it hasn’t quite yet), here are 10 things you can do to overcome the holiday madness.

Listening to music can bring stress down and lower your heart rate and blood pressure. Seasonal music can help to raise your spirits, so turn it on whenever you need a pick-me-up. If holiday music only serves to remind you of all that needs to be done, opt for a genre of music that won’t get you down.
