Your town, a community group, or a local organization is very likely holding a “fun run” or “turkey trot.” Burn a few calories before you gorge on Thanksgiving dinner. Fun runs are usually short—anything between one mile and a 5k—and many times they act as a local fundraiser. Get your family together for this fun activity.
