Answers to Life’s Grueling Questions

Ahhh . . . solo parenting. As the challenges increase, the questions never stop.

So just for you, dear reader, let me answer some basic hypotheticals people ask me on a regular basis but never really want the answers.

Q2: “Do you really cook dinner every night?!”

Answer: No. I have a gnome in the oven that miraculously has food ready when I get home. Of course I cook. Sometimes it’s amazing or extravagant, like during the holidays. Sometimes it’s frozen pizza. Let’s face it . . . when any of those things in question one happens I’m often too exhausted to deal with cooking. So we have something quick . . . who suffers if it’s only once in awhile?
