It is that time of year again, the kids are back in school! Your life may be changing dramatically or not so much depending on the age of your children. There are some important things that you have to do at this time of year,  every year. Most kids have had their first day and maybe even the first homework assignment but here’s a quick yet critical refresher for a happy, healthy school year.

2. Family Routine

It is very important now that school is back in session that the family have a routine. There needs to be an established bedtime, homework time, dinner time etc. Children will perform better in school when they have a routine that they follow daily.
