Feet At The Spa

Beauty From The Inside Out:
3 Ways To Make That Pedicure Even More Pleasant!

Do you like going to the local nail salon for a pedicure? I have sort of a love/hate relationship with it myself. See, I hate other people touching my feet because they’re really ticklish; but I love it when my feet look like I just left the salon. It’s funny because when I’m in the pedicure chair, I’m always rather envious of other women who can just sit there reading their phone while the nail technician scrubs the bottoms of their feet with that purple scrubby thing . . . you know the one, right? They don’t even flinch! NOT fair.

After many years of this dilemma I face, I’ve finally figured out my happy balance where I do just a few things at home that make my pedicure visits a bit easier on the tickles.

1. Use A Good Moisturizer - REGULARLY

I have found that if I don't use some sort of a moisturizer on my feet, the dry skin is just unbearable. I don't know about all of you, but it's still hot where I live and I'm still wearing flip flops; as I probably will continue to do all "winter" long.

The air is really hard on your skin and even if you buy the most expensive and/or the best moisturizer you can, you still MUST use it regularly for it to make a noticeable difference.
