10 Ways To Boost Your Energy
No matter how well we take care of ourselves, we all get to the point where we just don’t have enough energy to make it through the day. Many of us reach for coffee or other quick fixes, but you don’t have to do that. Short-term solutions don’t solve the real problem. Instead, try any one of the these 10 ways to fight your fatigue and boost your energy levels.
10. Act “As If”

If your energy levels aren’t where you want them to be, fake it ‘til you make it. It might take some practice to pull off having energy when you’re not feeling it, but carry the attitude that you are energetic and that you are in a great mood. The funny thing is you will start attracting high-energy things and people to you and you’ll start to do a little give-and-take until the energy feels real.
