Many of us reach for coffee or other quick fixes, but you don’t have to do that. Short-term solutions don’t solve the real problem. Instead, try any one of the these 10 ways to fight your fatigue and boost your energy levels.


1. Get Moving

If you already don’t have a lot of energy, the thought of exercise alone is exhausting. But it really is the best way to boost your energy throughout the day and over time as long as you do it. Take a walk, ride a bike, or toss a ball with the kids. Whatever you do, avoid being sedentary.
