Yes, I am focused on the blessings in my life and am very grateful.
*If you could go back and say anything to your 16-year-old self now – what would it be?
Don’t fight the universe. Be patient and nourish your gifts and unique self. Keep your focus on becoming and developing the best you, not trying to be an inauthentic version to be cooler or more popular.
*What’s the most important thing you’ve learned this year?
The most important thing for me is to stay in my story and not look for outside validation to be me.
*What do you most want to achieve in the next 12 months?
I want my business to become financially sound so I can expand.
*What’s your secret to happiness?
Generosity and creativity.
*What one ritual or practice keeps you grounded?
Tapping my heart and setting my intention.
*What’s your biggest regret?
I wasted so many years trying to fit in and didn’t share my special gifts because I was afraid of rejection.
*What’s the most important lesson you’ve taught your kid(s)?
Every day is a big day and should be lived to the fullest. God gives you the cards and you need to play the best hand possible.
*What bad habit would you most like to change about yourself?
I exaggerate. I never focus on details
*Aside from motherhood/fatherhood and marriage what are you most proud of in your life?
I developed The Art of Tree Reading as a social tool to break the ice and improve communication.
*When were you happiest?
Now. I love my life and I focus on the present.

The ten words I would use to describe myself are generous, creative, friendly, social, available, smart, productive, inspirational, lucky and spiritual.
