Hola my peeps and a huge HAPPY MONDAY to ya!
So many of you asked me why I wasn’t doing videos from the closet anymore (you liked it in there, did ya’?). Well, I’m back to taping a few things there, when it’s clean enough to do so ( you can read my explanation here). Anyway, I shoved all the clothes to the other side, flipped on the camera and here is what you get.
Today’s Monday Morning Motivation was prompted by a couple of things. Over the weekend I was tooling around on Facebook (oh, who am I kidding? I’m ALWAYS tooling around on Facebook), and was struck by the numbers of anxious and apparently really (REALLY!) unhappy people on my timeline. They spend an inordinate amount of time complaining; the world is wrong, things are wrong, everyone is out to get them and on it goes.
I thought about them as I was reading a post by Gretchen Rubin of The Happiness Project about why letting yourself off the hook is not necessarily a good thing (think diet, slacking on exercise and so on). One of the things I noticed that provides so much angst for some of my Facebook friends is this idea that they have to be at a certain place by a certain time in their lives. I used to feel that way too.. until I figured out the secret.

Well, duh! I’m not gonna tell you here.. you have to watch the video for that! So pop in your earbuds for today’s Monday Morning Motivation and answer the question at the end!
