Good Enough Mother TV Alert!
I’m excited to be returning to the airwaves for a spot on the new TV show, Father Albert hosted by the warm and inviting Father Albert Cutie’.
The former Catholic first gained national attention when he left the Catholic Church so he could marry the woman he fell in love with. Now an Episcopal priest, Father Albert is well known not only in his home city of Miami, but also around the world to those who listen to him on the radio or watch him on the Oprah Winfrey Network. In fact, some even call him Padre Oprah.
Now, Father Albert is making his mark in daytime television with the eponymous Father Albert show, which is being tested in several cities around the country. Producers contacted me a few weeks back, asking if I’d be willing to come on and mete out some of my own, common sense advice (and you KNOW I got that!).
So on tomorrow’s show, Good Enough Mother wades into the tough territory that is mother-daughter relationships. Here’s a sneak peek…
It was great fun doing the taping as you can see from some of the behind-the-scenes shots.
But the thing I really liked was Father Albert’s warm and caring demeanor. Unlike a lot of the fare we see on TV, he was genuinely concerned about his guests and getting answers to their problems – or at least a different way of looking at them.
Check me out on tomorrow’s show – and good luck to Father Albert!
