Well, the solution we came up with was flipping a coin. Cole won so I am going with him on the field trip to the zoo.
Buff is going with Casey on her field trip. Next one, I'm all hers and wouldn't it be grand if it wasn't on the same day as her brother's?

I think you should say "forget it, I can only be in one place at a time, and that place is going to be at a afternoon movie!". Guess what if you can't make the field trip, their little lives don't end.

which field trip is more rewarding as a child. go to that one and either have your daughter or son go to that one also or they can go to theres. i have always found that if you take turns with field trips its much easier for them to understand. or i make my husband go he doesnt have a choice because you are only one person.

Can you split your time between the two?

Great Book!
I bought this as a gift for my best friend who is a new mommy-to-be.
What a great idea for a book! There is so much pressure out there for women to be perfect-the perfect employee, the perfect wife, the perfect daughter, the perfect friend, and the perfect mother. This book explains that it's ok to have your own style. Be sure and read the last chapter!
