Life Lessons:

Yani Ransome

*Are you happy at the moment?

Yes! When I’m not, I breathe, center, play some music and get back to my happy place!

*If you could go back and say anything to your 16-year-old self now – what would it be?

Trust your intuition, follow your desires, stick to your plan and take calculated risk. Life REALLY is what you make it.

*What’s the most important thing you’ve learned this year?

This year I’ve really learned to focus and stay consistent by keeping things simple with systems.

*What do you most want to achieve in the next 12 months?

In the next 12 months, I want to help 100 moms awaken to their deepest desires and create a lifestyle that will allow them to be fully present with their children and 100% expressed.

*What’s your secret to happiness?

Walks in nature, music, and socializing, to create sensory experiences.

*What one ritual or practice keeps you grounded?

Breathing and staying aware of my mind and my intentions.

*What’s your biggest regret?

Avoiding my calling for so long. I wish I had more guidance in bringing my best out to make an impact in the world.

*What’s the most important lesson you’ve taught your kid(s)?

I’m not sure which lessons they have l really grasped just yet as they are currently both under 3, though I’d like to think that it is that we are all human and make mistakes and that vulnerability and forgiveness are key to both understand and be understood.

*What bad habit would you most like to change about yourself?

I’d like to change procrastination. Sometimes I put the wrong thing on the back burner and end up rushing trying to complete everything in time.

*Aside from motherhood/fatherhood and marriage what are you most proud of in your life?

I’m really proud that I’ve been blessed with the experiences that I’ve had and the desire to make a difference in how we, as mothers, are able to show up for our children. I know that time and money frees up a lot of energy for moms and dads to be more present eliminating the unintentional neglect that can occur from lack of time from work and life.

*When were you happiest?

I’m happiest when I’m fully expressed. Nothing brings me more joy than connecting and expressing.

*What ten words best describe you?

Powerfully expressed always smiling genuinely vulnerable beautiful life changing presence.
