Let’s be honest, how many of you parents out there go to GREAT LENGTHS year after year explaining to your children how their thoughtfully crafted wish list will be delivered safely into Santa’s hands after you’ve put it into the red mailbox at your local mall?
Am I right?
Preserving the magic with the little ones, especially with regard to Old Saint Nick, is one of my favorite things, even as they’re getting very close to their teenage years. Wait…who am I kidding?! I still believe in Santa! 🙂
See, at my house, the kiddos know that once you stop believing, Santa doesn’t come visit anymore. Hey, don’t judge now…it keeps us all young at heart!

So here’s something that might just help keep the magic alive for your kids this holiday season!
The folks at Canon U.S.A. Inc. have announced the North Pole PIXMA app for Facebook, where parents can help their children create a holiday wish to be sent directly to Santa’s workshop in the North Pole and watch it be printed on a Canon PIXMA printer using cloud technology.
The Canon North Pole PIXMA app will provide a unique and interactive experience allowing parents to help their children to write, draw or use pre-selected images to create their holiday wish. Once the wish has been customized, it is sent through the cloud to Santa’s workshop, where users will be shown a video of Santa receiving their wish printed on a Canon PIXMA printer. Bringing smiles to children and parents alike, the video features a cast of iconic holiday characters, including North Pole workshop elves, the Abominable Snowman, Mrs. Claus and Santa.
In addition to easily sending wishes to Santa, Canon PIXMA printers with cloud technology give users the ability to print photos and documents directly from popular cloud services including Facebook, Twitter®, Flickr®, Dropbox®, Photobucket® and EVERNOTE®.
