Buying Or Selling?
Real Talk About Real Estate!

Oooh now this is going to be FUN!

Today’s complex real estate market may be challenging to navigate… unless you’ve got an expert in your corner! I’m excited to share that The California Association of REALTORS® has asked yours truly to host a series of web chats, giving consumers the opportunity to talk directly with industry experts about the intricacies of the real estate market. We’ll cover three key topics for home buyers or sellers, one per month between now and June.

Join us TONIGHT at 7p PST / 10p EST for the first of these live web chats, at ChampionsOfHome.com! Ask questions and gain insights from REALTOR® Imran Poladi surrounding tonight’s topic: the Real Estate Market today. You can submit your questions in advance, or during the live chat. We’ll do our best to answer as many questions as possible… and we’ll welcome questions from all across the country.

Mark your calendar for the next two chats as well: on Thursday 5/16 we’ll be discussing Staging and Open House, with our final chat on Thursday 6/13 covering financing and fees.

Some fun facts: Did you know that for each home purchase, approximately $60,000 in direct and indirect spending occurs in the economy? And that home sales in this country generate more than 2.5 million private-sector jobs in an average year? The ripple effect of buying or selling a home is pretty amazing.

Combing the aisles at Target in search of the best deal on Cheerios, it hit Rene Syler like the stench of a dirty diaper on a hot summer’s day. Not only is perfection overrated its utterly impossible! Suddenly empowered, she figuratively donned her cape, scooped up another taco kit for dinner and Good Enough Mother was born.
