What’s Your Favorite Tradition? (POLL)
Good Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Around the GEMpire we are doing pretty well. The head GEM is back in a house with electricity and her family, and the shoot for the new show, Sweet Retreats (join us on the Facebook page, won’t ya?), is taking a little hiatus for the next week or so.
As the weather gets colder and the malls get more crowded, Thanksgiving traditions came to mind. What is your favorite thing to do with your family or alone as you celebrate this time of year? This is Joelle’s and my third holiday together and we really haven’t gotten into a groove yet, but I am looking forward to the Macy’s parade on Thanksgiving and then celebrating Christmas at Disney’s New Fantasyland (Wait. Was that a teaser?) and seeing what magic Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Parade has in store for us.
So what are you looking forward to this year? What traditions has your family been celebrating since you were a child? How do you and your spouse decide what celebrations you will keep? Let me get my mug full o’ hot chocolate. I can’t wait to hear these!
