I’m Worried About Having A Girl
Dear Rene,
I’m soon to have a girl! It’s very exciting except there is one thing that is nagging at me. I have a wonderful son already. He is the light and joy of my life. We get along well and he and I have yet to have too many showdowns. The problem with my new baby is that I don’t know how well I’m going to do with my daughter. My mother and I never seemed to click; we are the example of the horror stories you hear about with mothers and daughters. How do I get over this fear? I want to bond with my daughter!
