Remember a few days ago, I told you about a good friend of mine, Florence, who had been diagnosed with cancer last year? She’s cancer free now, thank God. I asked her if she’s be willing to come into the Good Enough Mother studio and sit and talk for a spell and she agreed.
In this second part, Florence talks about losing her hair and how traumatic that was, something I could totally relate to. Then she shared how she helped her daughter deal with her life-changing diagnosis.
Sit back and take a couple minutes to get to know my friend Florence a little bit better. You won’t be sorry. You can also find out more about Florence, HPV and anal cancer here.

Comments are off, but congratulations Florence. I wish more people would get educated about HPV. So many misconceptions out there and very ugly judgement from ignorant people. I too have a rare form of cancer caused by HPV. I wish I had… your Dr’s because saving my last little overy wasn’t even talked about. They just told me I was going to be thron into Menopause. No choices on my end. I got lucky and that was the easiest part of my cancer. Thanks for sharing your story.
